The Four-Way Test

Of the things we think, say or do:

  • Is it the TRUTH?
  • Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  • Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  • Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?"

Last Thursday—Oct 27--- we were honored with a visit from Ricardo Flores , a Rotarian from our Sister club , Tampico Chariel , Mexico. Ricardo is their International Chairman and has been working with our International Chairman , Doug Cornwell, to complete a Matching Grant From RI which will furnish hospital equipment for the Operating Room for Children at the Hospital Universitario Dr. Carlos Conseco in Tampico. Ricardo and Doug have worked long and hard on this project and are to be commended.

Our President Lori reports that the GSE-Beijing team has been and the Team Member from our Round Rock is Cassandra Dye. The Team Leader is Kirk Pate, Rotary Club of Flatonia . This team will begin training soon under the guidance of GSE Outbound Chair James Lee , Rotary Club of Killeen.

The Cushing Cleanup , planned and implemented by John Smith, was a real success. The Turnout of Rotarians wasn’t great , but they finished all their projects . This project is a good place for our New Rotarians to participate.

On Dr. Fitzpatrick’s Maternity Room door there is a sign, it says: Push , Push, Push.

At Joe Cliffords Dry Cleaning establishment there is a sign that says: Drop your pants here!!!!!!
