The Four-Way Test

Of the things we think, say or do:

  • Is it the TRUTH?
  • Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  • Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  • Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?"

Kathy Sammons brought us our program last week—She introduced to us Craig Garcia who is manager of the 24 Hour Fitness Center here in town and Andrew Ellis, a professional Personal Trainer. They both gave and demonstrated methods for you to become more physically fit. They gave really good advice and I just wonder how many of us started new Fitness programs as a result. How are you doing on your new Physical Fitness Program--- are you losing lots of weight? Are the Gluts good and sore now? Do you feel it is making you more fit? Are you more agile? Is your blood pressure down? And I wonder just how many of us have already participated in their own Fitness programs? I Ran 5 miles a day , 6 days per week for 35 years at about a 7 minute mile pace-----This sort of program really pays off in the long run-----and the long run is the only way it will work too. Well good luck on your program and keep it going.

DID U KNOW??

Many years a go in England, pub frequenters had a Whistle baked into the rim or handle of their Ceramic cups. When they needed a refill, they used the Whistle to get some service, "Wet Your Whistle" is the phrase inspired by this practice!!!!!!!

The first Toilet ever seen on TV was on "Leave It To Beaver"!
